Fire Department Race Trucks are designed to recruit new members. To get the next generation of young men and women to take an interest in their local fire companies. New volunteers are always needed.

There are two different race classes and each is used to teach the volunteers speed, safety, techniques and maneuvers upon arrival at a real fire situation.
